The in-form DHL Western Province Under-19 team made it three from three this season, after beating the Sharks Under-19s by 30-15 in Durban on Saturday morning.
Province led 13-8 at half-time, scoring one try in the first half and two in the second half to add to their home (bonus-point) victories over Free State and the Leopards earlier this month.
Wing Dewald Naude scored his team’s opening try, with deadeye flyhalf Ernst Stapelberg converting the five-pointer and adding two penalties before the break.
Scrumhalf Brendon Nell and lock Johan Momsen crossed for tries in the second half, with Stapelberg stepping up once again with a near-flawless kicking display.
The DHL WP Under-19s top the log after three rounds of action, with 14 points from three matches – four points ahead of the second-placed Bulls who have a match in hand.
WP have a bye next week and will resume their 2014 Absa Provincial Under-19 campaign against Eastern Province on the weekend of August 8-10.
