Four changes for DHL WP U20

There are four changes to the DHL Western Province U20 team, which will take on Toyota Free State U20 in Bloemfontein on Friday.

Currently third on the standings heading into the final round of the league phase of the competition, DHL Western Province U20 require either a bonus-point win or a win by 35 points to guarantee a home semifinal.

There are three changes in the backline and one in the forward pack for the final-round fixture, which kicks off at 15h00 on Friday at Toyota Stadium.

Centre Ruben Labuschagne, flyhalf Sacha Mngomezulu and scrumhalf Bobby Alexander all come back into the starting line-up, having featured off the replacements bench in the 48-21 victory against Cell C Sharks U20 a fortnight ago.

The only change to the forward pack sees hooker Keagan Blanckenberg back in the starting XV.

Head Coach Jerome Paarwater said that his team are determined on coninuing their winning momentum.

“We have built up some nice momentum towards the end of the season and now is the time to make it count.

“We will be going all-out to get the result we need and secure home advantage in the semifinal,” he said.
