DHL Western Province Women will be looking to continue their unbeaten run and possibly secure a home final when they take on the EP Queens in Gqeberha on Saturday.

With seven wins from seven, the defending champions have already secured a place in the final this year as they cannot be caught by the third-placed EP Queens who are 21 log points behind them with three rounds to go in the league phase of the season.

A bonus-point win at the Wolfson Stadium could secure them home advantage in the final, if the Border Ladies fail to secure a full five points from their encounter with the Cell C Sharks Women in East London.

The EP Queens will be under no illusions about the task ahead, especially after suffering defeats in their last four matches against the defending champions, who are the only unbeaten team in the competition.

For the Border Ladies a bonus-point win will secure their place in the final and keep their feint hopes of hosting the final alive.

DHL Western Province Women’s match against the EP Queens will be broadcast live on Springboks.rugby on Saturday.
