DHL Western Province U19 will play Vodacom Blue Bulls U19 in the SA Rugby Under-19 Championship Final at City Park on Saturday.

Having gone through the coastal section unbeaten, DHL Western Province U19 will be looking to lift some silverware on home turf when action gets underway at 12h30 on Saturday.

Head Coach Nazeem Adams and his assistants Rito Hlungwani and Chris October saw their team top the Coastal Section after beating the Cell C Sharks 20-19 in the final match at Paarl Gimnasium on Saturday.

In their first two matches, DHL WP U19 scored 21 tries as they beat Eastern Province (71-12) and Boland (64-10), conceding only three in the process.

Adams said that his team will have to be at their best if they are to finish the campaign unbeaten.

“We know that we are in for a proper test against a strong Vodacom Blue Bulls side, but we are looking forward to the challenge.

“The players have responded well in the short time we have been together and it is about putting together a composed performance to end the campaign on a high this weekend,” he said.
