Unbeaten log-leaders DHL Western Province Women will face Boland Dames in a Cape derby in Wellington on Saturday.

The defending champions will enter the clash as clear favourites after earning six wins on the trot this season and given their impressive form, which has seen them top the attack and defence statistics.

The Dames, however, have a newfound confidence after registering back-to-back wins against Cell C Sharks Women and EP Queens, and they will enter the match feeling they have nothing to lose.

Flyhalf Kirsten Conrads makes her return from injury and will link up with scrumhalf Alicia Willemse, with Felicia Jacobs being rested this week.

Springbok fullback Vuyolwethu Maqholo is also back in the starting line-up for the trip to Wellington.

The match at Boland Stadium kicks off at 14h00 on Saturday and will be streamed live on Springboks.rugby.
