There are three changes to the DL Western Province U21 backline for their encounter with Vodacom Blue Bulls U21 at DHL Newlands on Saturday.
The curtain-raiser to the Currie Cup clash between DHL Western Province and Xerox Golden Lions will kick-off at 14h45 ahead of the main game at 17h15 on Saturday.
The forward pack remains unchanged from the combination that started in last week’s win against Xerox Golden Lions U21 in Johannesburg.
David Kriel moves to fullback, with Lyle Hendricks coming in at outside centre and Junior Springbok Angelo Davids on the wing.
DHL Western Province U21 Head Coach Jerome Paarwater said that his team want to make the most of playing at DHL Newlands on Saturday.
“It is always special when you get an opportunity to play at DHL Newlands, so the team is focused on putting our best foot forward.
“We want to build on last week’s performance and produce the kind of rugby we know we are capable of,” he said.
