It has been agreed by WP Rugby Football Union and their CEO, Mr Theuns Roodman that he takes early retirement effective 1 September 2012.

Theuns Roodman has served the Union for 33 years and from 1997 served as Chief Executive Officer.

The Union will take leave of him in an appropriate manner at a later stage.

“We thank Theuns for his many years of loyal service to this Union and wish him well for his retirement and future endeavours”, said the President of the Western Province Rugby Football Union, Mr Thelo Wakefield.
