In Super League A, Tygerberg took derby honors as they defeated rivals Belhar 36–19 at Accordion Park. League leaders False Bay had to dig deep to beat SK Walmers, eventually running out 11-10 winners while Maties were comfortable 31-10 winners over UCT in their derby clash and have begun picking up momentum.

Elsewhere, Durbell defeated UWC 29-8; Hamiltons overcame a spirited Brackenfell 38-28 while Kuilsriver picked up their first win of the season as they defeated NNK 36-23.

In Super League B, Hamlets and Hands & Heart put on an exhibition of running rugby in Mamre with the hosts eventually running out 35-26 winners. Violets picked up their first win of the season as they defeated Macassar 20-14 at Chukker Road. Villager got back to winning ways with a 19-10 win over Strand RFC.

Pniel Villagers kept up the pace with the league leaders as they narrowly defeated a tough Bellville outfit 26-28; Union-Milnerton were far too strong for Helderberg, winning 34-6; while St Georges kept up their promotion push with a 26-22 win over newly-promoted Kraaifontein.

In Super League C, Rangers kept up their unbeaten start to the season with a convincing 42-13 over Hamediehs in Vygieskraal. Young Stars are hot on their heels at the top of the standing but were held to a 25-25 draw with Strand United at home.

Elsewhere, Silverleaf picked up their first win of the season, running out 20-17 winners over Scottsdene Central; Langa defeated Paarl 17-14; and Elsies River got back to winning way with a 16-7 win over Masiphumelele in Noordhoek.

Temp/Cities and Watsonia played out to an 8-8 draw in the City League while Police picked up a narrow 13-12 win over Silvertree. Perseverance overcame Manenberg Rangers 17-0.

In the Southern League, Rocklands beat Thistles 29-3 whilst Eersterivier narrowly defeated Retreat 13-12.

In the Northern League, Vineyards beat All Saints 24-8, Strand Pioneers beat Delft 20-5, whilst All Saints shocked Stel/Cor 21-15 to continue their excellent start to the season.

Meanwhile in the Paarl Region, Violets picked up a 27-21 win over Young Gardens, Allandale were far too strong for Windmeul United as they ran out 69-19 winners. Paarl Rangers defeated Albions 29-24.
