SA Schools will play their final match of the Under-19 International Series against England at City Park on Saturday.
Having suffered narrow defeats against Wales at Paul Roos Gymnasium and France at Paarl Gymnasium, SA Schools will be looking for a big performance in their final match, which kicks off at 14h00.
Action at City Park on Saturday will get underway at 12h30 when Wales face France in the opening game.
Entrance at City Park will be free for scholars and R10 for over 18’s, with parking R10 as well.
Coach Lance Sendin said that his team will be working hard to end the series on a high against England after battling against France in wet conditions in Paarl on Tuesday.
“The wet weather certainly impacted on our game plan as we had planned to attack France in the wider channels, but in rugby you have to be able to adapt, and in some areas we battled to do that.”
“We got off to a slow start in the first half and didn’t use a number of opportunities in the second half,” said Sendin. “We chatted about the same things after our first match, so the responsibility lies with us to fix it before the game against England on Saturday,” he said.
