Former Western Province and Villager RFC backline star Jeremy Pinn was tragically killed in a motor accident.

Pinn represented Western Province in the 1980s as a wing and was a star at club level.

Western Province Rugby football Union president Zelt Marais said that his thoughts are with the Pinn family after losing Jeremy in such tragic circumstances.

“Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the Pinn family and friends. May the almighty comfort and strengthen the family during this difficult time of bereavement. May Jeremy Pinn’s soulrest in eternal peace and light perpetual shine upon him,” he said.
