False Bay were on Saturday crowned as winners of the 2015 Community Challenge, after beating Paarl Region by 73-13 in a one-sided final at City Park.

The team from Constantia put their opponents to the sword on Saturday, with the 2015 Community Challenge Final being played as the curtain-raiser to the Vodacom Cup match between DHL Western Province and the Sharks XV (a game won by DHL WP).

Durbanville-Bellville won the inaugural Community Cup last year and have since then qualified for the Cell C Community Cup (at national level).

Durb-Bell and Hamiltons, WP’s representatives in the 2015 Community Cup, have both qualified for the upcoming Easter Play-offs in Rustenberg.
