Durbanville-Bellville claimed the first bit of silverware on offer in the Cape in 2014, when they beat Hawston by 59-19 in the Cup Final of the first-ever Community Challenge.

In other action at City Park on Saturday afternoon, Saldanha edged out SK Walmers 21-20 in the Shield Final, whilst Tygerberg and Belhar drew in their friendly match.

The day’s final match saw the Boland Cavaliers manage a 24-19 Vodacom Cup, Round Four win over the Tusker Simba XV (from Kenya).
