The visitors scored nine tries on their way to what was ultimately a comfortable victory, to make it nine wins from their 10 games thus far this season.
The bonus-point victory sees DHL Western Province move to the top of the standings, one point ahead of the ORC Griquas who are due to face the Cell C Sharks XV in Upington on Saturday.
The hosts made a fast start to the game with two quick tries to give them a handy 14-0 lead in the opening 10 minutes.
DHL Western Province regrouped and dominated the rest of the half, scoring four tries to take a 26-17 lead into the half-time break.
A brace of tries from left wing JP Lewis, further five-pointers from hooker Chad Solomon and right wing Khanyo Ngcukana and three conversions from the boot of flyhalf Robert du Preez saw the visitors take control of the match.
They extended their lead with two tries at the start of the second half to establish a comfortable 40-17 advantage with 20 minutes left to play.
The tries kept coming for DHL Western Province as Lewis made it a hat-trick before Du Preez, Eital Bredenkamp, Devon Williams and Cullen Collopy all crossed the whitewash in the second half.
The Valke managed two late consolation tries, but it was not enough to avoid a comprehensive 59-31 defeat.
