There are no major injury worries in the DHL Western Province camp ahead of this Saturday’s Absa Currie Cup Final against the Sharks in Durban.

Full DHL WP injury update ahead (Monday, October 22, 2012):

– No injured players – who missed the semifinal against the Golden Lions – will be returning for the final.
– Lock Eben Etzebeth has a slight cold and missed training but he will be fine to return tomorrow.
– Flank Deon Fourie, centre Marcel Brache and fullback Gio Aplon sat out training with slight niggles but nobody from the matchday squad – that faced the Lions – is in doubt for the 2012 Currie Cup Final against the Sharks in Durban (kick-off 5pm).

“We’re keeping the week as normal as possible and we’re all looking forward to the weekend,” said DHL WP head coach Allister Coetzee.

“There has to be a favourite and an underdog (in every game) and we’re up against the team that ended top of the log and is playing at home. But we know what we’re capable of and that’s all that matters to us.
