DHL Western Province flank and captain Deon Fourie has been cited following his team’s Absa Currie Cup clash against the Sharks in Cape Town on Saturday.

The WP skipper was cited on Monday for contravening Law 10.4(m).

The incident occurred in the

12th minute after Keegan Daniel pulled Fourie to the ground. No action was taken by the referee in a match which Province won by 25-19 at DHL Newlands.

Fourie will appear before a disciplinary committee in Cape Town on Tuesday, September 10 (2013), at 12h00.
