Club rugby play-off picture in focus

The Super League Championship semifinalists for the 2018 WPRFU club rugby season will be decided on Wednesday evening.

While the Super League A semifinals, to be held on Saturday at City Park, have already been decided, there are important quarterfinal matches in Super League B and Super League C on Wednesday.

In Super League B Primrose will take on Kuilsriver at City Park and Bellville will face Franschhoek at Jagtershof in Kuilsriver, while in Super League C Strand host Kylemore at Gustrouw and Goodwood are at home against Strand United.

These matches will determine which teams go through to the semifinals, which will all be played at City Park on Saturday.

In Super League A on Saturday it will be Maties up against Union-Milnerton and False Bay against Durbanville-Bellville to decide which teams go through to the Super League Championship finals which will take place at DHL Newlands on Saturday, October 6.

Paarl and Helderberg have already qualified for semifinals in Super League B and await the results on Wednesday to discover who their opponents will be, while in Super League C Macassar and Busy Bees are already in the semifinals.
