There are 13 new players in the DHL Western Province U21 starting line-up for their clash with Eastern Province U21 at Wolfson Stadium in port Elizabeth on Friday.
Head Coach Jerome Paarwater has rung the changes, with only locks David Meihuizen and Ben-Jason Dixon retaining their places for the encounter which kicks off at 14h00 on Friday.

Joshua Vermeulen is at fullback, with Sako Makata and Tumi Mogoje on the wings. Lubelo Scott links up with Mujaahid van der Hoven in midfield and Abner van Reenen partners Labib Kannemeyer at halfback.
Muller Uys is at the back of the scrum, with Jesse Johnson and Gift Leremi on the flanks. Meihuizen and Dixon are in the second row, while up front props Wikus Groenewald and Leon Lyons start either side of hooker Schalk Erasmus.
Paarwater said that the new players are excited to make an impression in Port Elizabeth.
“We have made a lot of changes, but each player is keen to make the most of his time on the park so we should see plenty of intensity from this team.
“The key for us will be accuracy in our execution, to ensure that we come away with the result we need,” he said.
