Another fourth-place finish for DHL WP Sevens team

The DHL Western Province Sevens team finished in fourth position at the 2014 Safari Sevens in Nairobi, Kenya.

The WP Sevens team won two out of three matches on Day One (Saturday) at the Nyayo National Stadium, before narrowly losing out to the Warriors in the Cup semifinals on Sunday.

The team then went on to lose in extra-time in their third/fourth-place play-off match against the Samurai.

It was WP’s third successive fourth-place finish in a big tournament, after also coming fourth in Limerick and London at the World Club Sevens events last month.
