With the DHL Stormers away in Australasia at present, DHL Western Province will take their Vodacom Cup fixtures this weekend to the union’s second home, City Park in Crawford.
DHL WP, the 2012 champions, will host near-neighbours, the Boland Cavaliers at 16h40, with new Vodacom Cup contestants, Tusker Simba XV (of Kenya), entertaining the EP Kings – also at City Park – at 15h00.
Beforehand, four club fixtures – in the form of the all-new Community Challenge – will also take place at City Park, with matches kicking off at 12h50 right up until 15h20.
Last weekend saw Durbanville-Bellville flying the flag for the four WP teams in the inaugural Community Challenge, but this week the matches are all inter-province derbies, with Durb-Bell taking on Tygerberg and Belhar facing up to SK Walmers.
* Entry on Saturday at City Park is R20 for adults and R10 for kids. City Park is based on the corner of Thornton and Lawson Roads in Crawford – easily accessible from the M5 and N2 freeways.
