Cloete blow for DHL WP

DHL Western Province have been forced into a late team change ahead of today’s Absa Currie Cup clash against the Steval Pumas at DHL Newlands, with flanker Chris Cloete missing out.

Cloete has a calf niggle and will be replaced in the No.6 jersey by Sikhumbuzo Notshe.

Notshe’s place at No.7 will be filled by Jurie van Vuuren, with former DHL WP age-group star Justin Benn coming on to the bench in what will be his Absa Currie Cup debut for Province.

DHL WP are already without fullback Cheslin Kolbe, flanker Rynhardt Elstadt, hooker Scarra Ntubeni and loosehead prop Steven Kitshoff for today’s clash at DHL Newlands.

Today’s match between – a non-televised affair – will get underway at 15h00.
