The 2014 Vodacom Super Rugby season kicks-off on Saturday, 22 February – with the DHL Stormers in action against the Lions in Johannesburg – with the team’s first home game, at DHL Newlands, taking place on Friday, 28 February against the Hurricanes from New Zealand. The 2014 Absa Currie Cup season gets underway in early August, whilst DHL Newlands will also – as per last year – host an International Test in the coming season against Australia.

Your season ticket includes a possible DHL Newlands-based Vodacom Super 15 quarter, or semi-final and an Absa Currie Cup semi-final, as well as a Test Match, BUT EXCLUDES FINALS. You will have an option to purchase your seat(s) should the DHL Stormers and/or DHL WP qualify to play in a final of either competition. There is no increase on the 2014 season ticket price. Western Province Rugby has paid tribute to former state President, Mr Nelson Mandela, who passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2013. Mr Mandela - who was 95 years old - passed away peacefully at his home.
DHL Newlands will once again play host to the Wallabies in 2014, as it did in 2013, with the Springboks set to entertain the Men from Australia in Cape Town in Castle Rugby Championship action on Saturday, September 27 (2014).
